The screw extrusion solid liquid separator is a solid liquid separator which works continuously by means of screw extrusion. It is suitable for separating solid particles range from 0.5mm to 1.0mm and material with large solid ratio. It is especially suitable for the treatment of  paper mill wastewater and cattle, pigs, chickens and other livestock manure dehydration separation with products of liquid organic fertilizer and solid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer can be used directly for crops. Solid organic fertilizer can be used in the area of lack of fertilizer and can be made into organic compound fertilizer through fermentation. It can be used as a compound fertilizer, and can also play a role in improving the soil structure, which is beneficial to the protection of the environment and can produce great economic benefits.

Performance and Characteristics
There are two means to seperate the solid and the liquid: centrifugal separation and extrusion separation.The solid and liquid separation is complete, and the water content of the biogas residue is greatly reduced. Also, the drying time of the biogas residue is reduced and the drying cost is reduced.

The pressure regulation of extruding and separating is convenient through the elastic top tightening device, thus ensuring the solid and liquid separation completely and controlling the water content of the biogas slag, and the flow pipe of the slurry is set up to facilitate the recovery of the biogas liquid respectively in the centrifugal separation section and the extrusion separation section.

The machine has the characteristics of small volume, low speed, simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, high cost, high efficiency, fast recovery of investment, and no need to add any flocculant.
