MY type flue gas desulfurizer is a product that can be used for the removal of SO2 in flue gas from steel furnaces, coking furnaces, fertilizers, incinerators, kilns, boilers, generators, etc.

Performance characteristics: low bed resistance, good strength and high sulfur capacity. High removal rate and wide use temperature zone.

Reaction Principle:

The SO2 in the feed gas reacts with active components such as calcium hydroxide and magnesium oxide in the desulfurizer to form corresponding solid salts to achieve the purpose of desulfurization;

The main chemical reaction equation: Ca(OH))₂+SO₂+½O₂ =CaSO₄+H₂O

3. Pressure: 0.1~3.0MPa

Process Description

The flue gas directly enters the desulfurization tower. When the flue gas passes through the dry desulfurizer, the heavy metals such as sulfur dioxide, mercury, lead, copper, arsenic, and HF, HCl and other pollutants in the flue gas are removed, and the purified flue gas is cleaned The flue is collected and discharged through the chimney.
